Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Tender, quick and delicious! Check out my how to video below!

Serves 3-4

1 lb pork tenderloin

1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil

3 tbsp worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp salt

Juice of 1 lemon

Optional (but highly suggested): 1 sprig of rosemary and 1 sprig of thyme.

Instructions

  1. Add all contents to a gallon size baggy except for the tenderloin, mix it all up by grabbing the bag and squishing it until it’s all incorporated. Alternatively, you can mix all of the ingredients up in a bowl and then pour it into the bag. (I love this baggy holder from amazon!)

  2. Add the tenderloin to the bag, make sure the marinade is coats the entire tenderloin. Set the bag in the fridge and let it marinade for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours.

  3. Once done marinating, preheat your grill (Or oven) to 425º F. Place the tenderloin on the grill and close the grill lid. Let tenderloin cook for 5 minutes, then flip it over. Repeat this once more on both sides, or until the internal temperature of the meat is 145º F. For an oven, just place the tenderloin on a roasting pan or sheet pan. and cook for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat is 145º F..

  4. Take tenderloin off of grill and let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing up and enjoying.
